My spirit rejected all those thoughts and it kept me still.

The only thing that kept me going was that I stayed connected to God.

Some moments were harder for me to talk to him because of what I was feeling inside so in those moments I chose to listen to sermons. I never broke my promise of my spending time with him every morning and he got me through it everyday.
