Lifting Sessions

I added strength training. I have always been a runner. I love running! I can run miles and miles and never get tired. I get a runners high (I think it’s more of a mental break for me than anything.) Strength training however got me really toned.

Early Morning Workouts

I switched my workouts to morning. I never have gone too long of a period of not working out consistently but switching my workouts to mornings has made it so much easier to ensure that I do get my workouts in with less days missed. Your body builds a rhythm after a while so it feels weird to not get a workout in.

I quit drinking

I quit drinking alcohol and I quit drinking high calorie Starbucks drinks. Honestly, my drinks were probably one of the biggest reasons why my weight was not coming off as fast as I wanted it to. Drinking your calories can really sabotage you.
