HIIT Cardio

I switched to sprints and that had me lose weight really quickly. I did sprints on a treadmill and I would do anywhere between 5 to 10 reps of 30 seconds on and 30 seconds off. I would run 30 seconds as fast as I could and then I would stop and breathe for 30 seconds.
Water. Water. Water.

I’ve always drank a lot of water. I live on water and coffee. Water is a huge thing for your skin and you will notice it.

I like to buy the Starbucks unsweetened blonde roast iced coffee (you can get from Target) – You get 10 calories per 12 ounces serving. All you have to do is pour your black iced-coffee.. add a little creamer on it and it tastes so good!
