Learning to focus on that which is above was one of my biggest challenges. The challenge was in moving forward despite my past,  despite what my current circumstances looked like.

But God didn’t tell you the how.. He only told you what.

What would it take to finally get to the destination? It would take doing what I had done before. Taking the limits off what I could do and I would do that by trying not to do it in my power. 

I had one goal and it was to just show up. I didn’t have to overthink it. I didn’t have to over-analyze it or let it paralyze me like it had done before. The only reason it had the power to paralyze me was because I would jump ahead of it all and think of what needed to be done and all the reasons it might not work or I had this old stubborn way of trying to perfect everything all the time before showing anyone anything.
