BCAAs

What are they?

BCAAs are branch chain amino acids and they provide essential amino acids that can prevent muscle loss, boost mood, and boost exercise performance.

Increase muscle growth

BCAAs increase muscle growth and prevent the breakdown of muscle. BCAAs decrease the muscle tears and provide an additional fuel source for your working muscles. You won’t feel as sore and can recover faster.

Help your immune system

If we don’t recover in between workouts, our immune system can get weak. BCAAs provide a fuel source for the immune cells.

Better workouts

BCAAs allow you to get more out of your workouts and train harder and longer. They block tryptophan from getting to your brain.

When to take them

They can be taken before, during or after exercise. They can also be consumed in between meals, throughout the day, or used when fasting to preserve muscle mass.
