Here is where the balance should have been
I strongly believe in mental health days because I do believe that resting is important and in taking a day to recharge I find myself always coming back with better ideas plus more energy to carry them out because I don’t feel so burned out and frustrated.

Like plants, too little water and they dry out and there is no life to them and too much water and you choke them out. The key is not too much and not too little. That was the balance that was just right!
